Research has shown that people who are more mindful are generally happier and report less anxiety, symptoms of depression, anger and worries. A higher degree of mindfulness is also associated with reduced stress and increased gratitude, hope, and vitality.

Who is This Program For?
This program is perfect for you if:

- You've tried meditation or mindfulness before, and it didn't work out.
- You want to know the nuts and bolts behind the practice and approach it in a science-based way.

There are 8 sessions delivered weekly over 8 weeks, inside your dedicated portal.
Each week there will be homework and exercises for you to practice at home, and there is an optional accountability group with others who are on the same journey, for motivation and support throughout the program.

My name is Jen, I'm a women's leadership coach. I've been exploring mindfulness for almost a decade, following a burnout in my nursing career.
Ever since developing my mindfulness practice, I've found I have greater self awareness, I find my emotions easier to regulate and in stressful situations I'm able to more clearly make decisions that align with who I want to be.
